In 2013 we changed our company name to HSM, showing our evolution from humble beginnings in 1944 as Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company to an organization employing approximately 2,000 associates in more than 25 manufacturing plants across 13 U.S. States which serve a vast array of customers in many markets. As a privately held company, our vision is focused on creating diverse solutions for our customers with an emphasis on quality and value.
